Family P'Tit Bac - Challenge your Parents (Only In French)
Who hasn’t heard of the game Categories? This must-have family game is timeless and intergenerational, so this family-friendly revisited version is definitely worth checking out! Adults will no longer have the winning edge, due to additional constraints that will make them rack their brains a little harder! Parents... ready to face your children? All bets are off!
The players decide together upon 7 category cards from the possible 40 categories, and place them on the central board. The children will then group together to decide on which constraints to impose on the adults. They choose 3 of these and place them on 3 categories of their choice. The players then draw a letter at random and the family fun begins! All players must find a word for each category that begins with the selected letter. But don’t forget, the adults must also abide by the imposed constraints! The first player to complete their board says STOP! The answers are then compared and points are awarded. The box comprises 24 constraint cards, 4 individual whiteboards, 40 category cards, 4 erasable markers, 1 central board, 26 letter tokens and the instructions (provided only in French). One game lasts around 20 minutes and can be played by 2 to 4 players. Ideal for children aged 6 and over.
