Thus, JURATOYS will cease processing unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons which override your interests, rights and freedoms, such as compliance with a legal obligation (like those requiring the retention of documents) or the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim.

"The right to rectification allows you to correct inaccurate data concerning you (incorrect age or address) or to complete data (address without the apartment number) in relation to the purpose of the processing" (definition from the CNIL website ).

This right allows you to obtain from the data controller the erasure, without undue delay, of personal data concerning you. You can obtain its erasure if at least one of the following situations applies to you:

- your data is used for marketing purposes;
- the data are not or are no longer necessary with regard to the purposes for which they were initially collected or processed;
- you withdraw your consent to the use of your data;
- your data is being processed unlawfully (for example, publication of hacked data);
- your data was collected when you were a minor in the context of the information society (blog, forum, social network, website…);
- your data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;
- you have objected to the processing of your data and the data controller has no legitimate or compelling reason not to comply with this request.

During this period, you have the option of asking the organization to freeze the use of your data. In practical terms, it must no longer use the data but must retain it" (definition from the CNIL website ).

Thus, the right to temporarily restrict the processing of your personal data applies in particular for the purpose of carrying out checks, namely:

- when you dispute the accuracy of your information, the time it takes for JURATOYS to verify that it is correct;
- if the processing is unlawful and, rather than requesting their erasure, you prefer to limit their use;
- if JURATOYS no longer needs the data for processing but it remains necessary to allow you to establish, exercise or defend a legal right;
- if you object to the processing in accordance with your right to object, during the verification period which aims to confirm that the legitimate grounds pursued by JURATOYS prevail over yours.

This right cannot be exercised in all circumstances; it only applies if all of the following conditions are met:

- it relates solely to your personal data, excluding all anonymous data or data belonging to third parties;
- it does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of JURATOYS (in particular trade secrets) or third parties (in particular intellectual property rights);
- it concerns personal data processed automatically (paper files are therefore not concerned);
- the processing is based on your consent or the performance of a contract concluded with JURATOYS .

You can provide general or specific instructions regarding your personal data in the event of your death (for example, its deletion or its transmission to any person of your choosing). You can revoke your instructions at any time.
